Of Campers and Villagers

So I have a villager (Graham ) that's packed and ready to move out tomorrow, and an adorable pig (Gala) in the campsite. Can I get Gala to move in? I have 10 villagers but it would be 9 tomorrow unless Gala can move in then I would still have 10...that sounds kinda confusing but I was hoping for some help in this situation!

I don't think you can have them move in until the other one is already moved out =/

What @SunnyWindy said. You can't ask a villager to move in if there are still 10 villagers in your town

Thanks, I guess I kinda figured that out because gala refused to say anything about moving in. At least now I have a chance at getting Maple (the adorable bear) for my town (also called Maple)
