if shiny locked pkmn where hacked you cant trade them look at victiny or keldeo i got a reshiram shiny from unova shiny idk how and kyogre and groudon and lots of other shiny legends shiny locked hoen born i traded them tough but what i want to say is if tey werent pkmn bank would refuse them or the trade system coz tey rejected all my shiny hacked legends who are shiny locked or hard to get so idk whats going on to tell the truth can anyone exsplain if its posible what i just said

From what I am reading you are quite saying that Pokemon Bank is not accepting your shiny hacked Pokemon . I am not sure if you can do this or if Nintendo put some sort of thing in the app that prevents hacked stuff . Can you clarify you situation more clear ?

( You can't use or sell Hacked Pokemon against gym leaders here or sell them , just in case you don't know )

Grammar please >.< I can kind of understand you though. People can transfer old Pokemon was legendaries weren't shiny locked (Gen 5) and then one-way transfer it over to X/Y ORAS. But usually people use cheating devices to obtain impossible Pokemon and movesets because they "suck" >.<

Ok. One thing: TYPOS EVERYWHERE ! I'm not a grammar nazi, but please, write correctly !
Second thing: Some Pokémons are shiny locked, and you complaining about it won't change anything.
Since Gen 5 and so on, Legendaries are shiny locked, which means that if you got a (let's say) Shiny Ho-Oh in OR/AS/X/Y that wasn't caught in a Gen 3 or Gen 4 game, chances are it is hacked.

Any event Pokémon (except for Genesect who got its Shiny form released without a word) is Shiny Locked, and all legendaries/events from Gen 5 and on are locked, and thus, illegal if they are shiny.

From what I heard, the main story legendary Pokemon are shiny locked. The others, are not. That means that Dyoxes, Kyogre, Groundon and Raquaza are shiny locked. "All" the others "may" be not shiny locked but I only know of GEN 5 legends not being locked.

Shiny locked means that you can't get them in shiny form in the actual game. Sure they might be able to be caught as a shiny in the game they are originally from and can get transferred to the current game. You can trade with hacked shiny legendaries that can't be obtained shiny if that's what your wondering
