Hello I am playing the omega ruby and i would love some help what pokemon should i use for the elite four. also can i trade 3ds with a dsi one is omega and the other is white 2/

You can't trade directly. What you can do is use the Poke Transporter app on the 3DS to transfer pokemon from White 2 into Pokemon Bank (however, Pokemon Bank requires a subscription). Also keep in mind that like in previous gens, this transfer is only one way.
 
SPOILERS! The elite four typing in Omega Ruby is Dark, Ice, Ghost, Dragon, Steel, maybe not in that order. I would advise a fighting type, a dark type and a fairy type, although other pokemon are fine too. Best thing to do is level up at least 2 pokemon to over 60, and just outpower them.
 
defeating the slite 4 is easy i destroyed them useing 3 lv.100 pokemon XD
 
Any pokemon can beat any pokemon my friend it doesn't matter what type of pokemon you have in your party but just don't put a party with water type for all six pokemon or fire or grass,you understand you must have a mixed party.
