Armin was a great character imo. Eren was kinda the stereotypical anime hero, I think that Armin was more 'original'. You could see when he was scared, and he wasn't like 'I'm totally not afraid of Titans and my courage is unbelieveable' so I think he was a more realistic character. I don't hate Eren though, just saying.
