SSB for 3DS Opinions on Smash DLC distrubution

so as well all know Sm4sh Has done a good job of Getting out DLC, Throught updates and what not but there are somthings that bother me about the DLC Distributions... and those things being the mii Costumes, seriously we get more mii costumes ever dlc update,for what you may ask? local play..you can't use the mii's online (for good reason) but giving us dlc For a character that you can't use online is kinda lame in my opinion

DLC Costumes are for the purposes of being creative outside of online play and to get characters that would take too much time to program 'into' the game. I completely agree with you and never even once considered buying DLC costumes. While I don't really play online (due to my school's crappy internet which doesn't let me), It is a huge part of the game and it seems kind of stupid that things you spend $$$ on can't even be used. But, we will keep getting more and more costumes because it is easy to implement and is a form of fanservice for those characters that probably won't get into smash. Although I think it's useless, it's something people can choose to get if they want and not forced.

Yeah i agree. When the last update came out i was super excited to see what was in store, only to have mii costumes (also deconfirming viridi [which in my heart i knew already but wouldnt accept]) and some stages come out. Hopefully we'll get another update soon. (psssst.... i think the updates gonna be tomrrow and its gonna bring shovel knight because the physical shovel knight games drop tomorrow...)(or that could be total BS seeing as they already basically said no to shovel knight) (i think theyre lying) (i wont give up till i see it for myself) BUT! On the upside i got a Viridi and Chrom mii costume and even though i loathe playing as the Mii's theyre still cool to have and kind of like express what games I like. I don't know. All in all i say bring on new characters and stop shoving non-online-legal Miis down my throat.
