I always thought that Yoshi was based off a prototype which eventually came to be known as Kritter. It kinda makes sense that he would be based off a turtle, but you’ll never get me to say that it’s a shell, cause it’s not. IT IS A SADDLE.

Yoshi being a prototype version of a Kritter? I never thought that. i always just thought Yoshi was a Yoshi (which technically Yoshi is a Yoshi).

It must be uncomfortable for Mario to sit on a hard shell... Maybe the shell is soft?
