I think that the team is very great in many ways and just a little tweaks would make it very effective in almost all matters . However , I think that you should change the Starmie into something that is more stronger in terms of moves and since you already have Cloyster , it could be exchanged into something more effective to synergize with the rest of the team

I might change it to Excadrill because I plan on using a Pokemon weak to stealth rock but forgot what Excadrill and Starmie or both good rapid spinners. I might change Cloyster later though to replace with that Pokemon
