I feel like this team is too weak to ice

Mega Aboma will wipe that team out...

I suggest
Whimsicott
Mew/Umbreon
Venasaur

This is a full on offensive team, you need more support I suggest to get rid of Zapdos, Sereperior and Conkelder.

Try using Rotom-W in place of Zapdos, it can serve more in terms of Offense and bulk =p

I thought Zapdos was support? I also don't want a Ru pokemon in my OU team. If you are talking about the mega I already have a mega. Whimsicott seems like a good replacement for serperior and Mew seems to be the replacement for zapdos because of that defog.

Are you talking about this set
Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Yea run that. It'll help with dealing with other bulky mons and also leave a mark on the other mons in the team while bodying hits

You are saying it like having a full Offensive team is bad... have you ever heard of Hyper Offense? or Bulky Offense? Or Standard offense?

Taking away 3 offensive mons for Whimsicott, Mew and Venusaur... are you trying to make a Stall team?

Also, adding Whimsicott and taking away Conkeldurr makes you even mor eweak to Ice moves

Looks better?
No no no no no , the original team had much better synergy, you ruined it completely by adding Whimsicot and Mew

Yea run that. It'll help with dealing with other bulky mons and also leave a mark on the other mons in the team while bodying hits
He has already a way to deal with Bulky mons (SD Gliscor), Rotom works better as a deffensive pivot

I could do a rate too, but right now I'm heading to school... so no right now

2 Litlle tips

-You need a Stealth Rocker
-Conkeldurr is not a really good mon, it only really works in a niche of teams

The team overall looks like a decent Balance team, you are kinda weak to ice tho, and some improvements can be done (Like changing natures and some moves like Dragon Claw > Outrage)

I think this is good. I replaced Zapdos for Starmie which is a Rapid Spinner. Ferrothorn resistant to ice. I think something can replace Serpirior.

Well, first you must know what type of team you want
If you are going for stall or bulky offense, then Defensive synergy is super important
If you are playing offense, the most important thing is Offensive synergy, you don't need a resistance for everything, as long as something can take a hit and return another greater

Some things
You may want Ice Beam over Psyshock in Star, that coverage can be helpful against opposing Landorus and Garchomps
Changing your set of Serperior to a SubLeechSeed with HP Fire and Leaf Storm can do very well for your team, helping you handling stall
Change Adamant to Jolly in Nite
When you play using Dragonite, you want to apply as much offensive pressure as you can, so Nite can late game sweep easier, having to many passive mons can be a little bad for you, I suggest you to change Gliscor for TankChomp and Ferrothorn for an electric type (Maybe Raikou, or bring back Zapdos and change Starmie for another water Pokémon)

Final rate

You know what, replace Zapdos with Assault Vest Raikou, you don't need 2 hazard removals
that way you have 3 Pokémon weak to ice, but the other 3 can handle it prety well

There's no need to fit a Rotom, you have something that does his job already (Raikou(
