Overrated Musicans that arent pop music

What are ovverated musican/bands in ur opinion?
Pop Music stays out,since most of the mainstream of it is just made to make money without any thought about quality (and it kinda seems like most of the mainstream "musicans" try to brainwash people into buying trash labelled as music)
-Nirvana,most of the their fans dont even know more than 2 songs of them
-Metallica,first 4 albums were great everything after that was trash,but is still praised like the best thing ever
-Black Sabbath,similair problem to metallica
-Rammstein,same as above two

Well, in terms of newer music, I'd have to say Sleeping with Sirens and Hollywood Undead. And don't get me wrong, I do like their music, and I do listen to them quite often, but, I think that fans love them way too much to realize how terrible they sound live (I'm not even joking about the terrible part) and yes they do have good songs, but people treat them gods even when they're really not that great...

First off, you got that wrong. It's the exact opposite. Secondly, @Eightcoins, please stop with the ranting about Pop music and all the related stuff! We all know it sucks, but constantly ranting about that gets annoying. No offense meant. We are all friends on here! It's just that some people have started getting fed up up and complaining, so I think we should close this topic. Finally, just so I contribute to this thread, all those pretentious rapers are incredibly annoying! Nowadays it's like there are about 10 good rapers out there and all the others' music sound like a constant unpleasant noise! I have sincerely heard from a self-proclaimed "huge hip-hop fan" that the music matters more than the lyrics! First thing I did was cut all ties with him before I get "infected"!

But it sort of is my real opinion. It seems like lots of people think old music is the only "real" type of music. And it's fine to prefer old, non-pop music, but people need to learn that no single genre is objectively the best.
