Well it taking a long time to get PC means you can settle down and make some friends here ^^
There's multiple ways you can gain PC. Making a shop in the Nookling Junction, participating in competitions/Tasks (There's a couple here and here) as well as creating quality posts.
Creating posts that only contain a couple of sentences wont gain you any PC, but then neither will creating posts just for the sake of creating them.
