people recruting: making an anime

i'm recruting people to work on The World Ahead, if you are interested please sign the formulary bellow

full name: (use your real name! otherwise you can't be a staff)
contact info: (somewhere i can talk to you directly, safely, and privatly(your username, the name in that room, and other necessery contact info) (it can be Skype, 3DS friend code, Zello, etc...))
i want to join the project as: (writer, drawer, designer, VA, producer, musician (singer / intrument player (specify) / writer), director, SFX manager, background drawer, animator, translator (writer / VA), coffeman / dounutboy (i'll explain that later), substitute staff (we need at least two for all above), other (specify))
current level and experience on that job: (how would you descibe yourself on that job, what (if any) you did before in that job, how long your in that job, how much you know about that job)
credetials: (put here a URL of art, sound, story, or something you made before, and reviews about it)
i want to join this project because: (specify)
avaliable time: (you need to offer as many time as you can) (substitute staff must be 01:00 to 25:00 and Monday to Sunday)
additional info: (other info that you think is needed)

Feel free to not publicaly post any info but PM me a full copy of the form instead, however be aware that your info will go in the ending credits once the show is aired

once you join, you cannot leave until a season end and if you beguin to work on a season: you will be commited to the anime until that season ends.

if you need to ask anything: the characters, the senarios, the plot, the dialog, anything at all, just ask!

make sure you will be fully dedicated and commited to the project before you join.

Erm...I'd recommend removing the full name field, or changing it, as that's highly personal information that nobody's gonna give out. Could be dangerous, since very few people here know eachother irl.

so how do you think they can be on the ending credits, as the laws requests: all member of a public media (TV shows, movies, magazines, etc...) must be named and credidted for their participation, otherwise the media will not be allowed to launch. and 'sides when you going to a psychologist, you are literally paying your hard-earned munny to tell your frutrations of life and deepest secrets to a stranger, so it's the same as a school, if a bully is on to you, head to a prefect

Because we don't know how you will use this information. You could very well be wanting to make an anime and need assistance, or you could be a stalker and/or a pedophile. Or you could be a con artist who could use this information to commit identity theft. Who knows except you?

Since we can't see into your real life, none of us would know if you are telling the truth or not, and it could be dangerous.

but seriously, i'm asking the true name because, as you said: we don't know who's reading, could even happen that when the anime is ready, someone steals it from me and no one get's the munny, so if i know their name, i can track them down and put it to the law.
but if you don't trust me, it's fine, can't really blame you, add me to your 3DS FC and i'll prove there

one your not a company. your more than likely posting on youtube which has it own copyright laws. if you were to go to a major anime label they would want there own people. since this is fan base anime having people actual names wouldnt matter. it actauly not uncommon for people to us a alias name in credits. by giving you our names we are saying to you to protect our identities from those that would use them for harm. if you ever did get to the point where you could make money under a label then maybe some would be willing to release there name. the guys that release the red vs blue series never release there names till they had 1) a fan base and 2) when a major label wanted to use them aka microsoft
