- Roost (also a TM)

Recommended EV spread and moves for competitive play :

Sigilyph w/ Flame Orb
Ability: Magic Guard (no damage from flame orb)
Moves:
- Cosmic Power (increases DEF and SP DEF)
- Psycho Shift (transfers burn to the target to half damage from physical attack moves)
- Stored Power (hit 'em where it hurts after getting 6 cosmic powers -> you're basically invincible too)
- Roost (for recovery)
