I just realized that when people mention the few games games with female leads this one doesn't come to mind. Why not? It was pretty awesome! I guess it is the genre, but I think it is a good example of a woman in a typical male role and very well executed.
I actually knew this game before the Goldeneye one, it was very entertaining. I liked the sole missions and the multiplayer was so good. I loved making my own rules, working on the challenges and having friends over to do versus or team missions. The simulators options were pretty fun too. We liked to have a peace guy annoying us randomly and the one that would seek revenge after you kill it.

Didn't know this was the spiritual successor to Goldeneye.
I played my cousins copy of it around 8 years ago and REALLY liked it. Like, I played it all day for a day. I think it's a fantastic game that anyone with a Nintendo 64 should get (if you're open to FPS').
Perfect Dark Zero was pretty good too.
