Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers was released in Japan back in February this year, and we haven't heard a word about a release date for the west. We already know it's coming, but we have no idea when. 2021 seems like a plausible time for the game to hit the west, and it's already been listed for a 2021 release by retailors in Asia.

• Indonesian retailer PS Enterprise
• Pakistani retailer Toyorgame
• Singapore retailer Qisahn

They all have a listing for the game and it's assigned with a 2021 release window.

PS Enterprise mentioned how they received confirmation from their supplier about a 2021 release for the game. They've also already begun to start accepting pre-orders for the game.

Guess this is good news for the game, but not something I wasn't expecting.

It's only a matter of time. We probably would have had it already if not for the pandemic.
The last time I saw a leak like this, it was for the Mass Effect collection, and that got announced not long after. So I'd really like to think this will be announced soon. February is coming up.
