Seen. She's also visible from a different angle when you interact with Phoebe (although she's more easier to miss due to the character blocking a lot of her)

I saw a video of it on youtube when the different camera angle appears it is like the girl is walking near to you and then the next if you look at the trainer's neck she is there.That is creepy but it may just be something like the lumiose ghost girl in x and y.

I wouldn't count on this being related to the Lumiose ghost girl in X and Y. If anything, it's probably just something additional they added to just contribute to the atmosphere of the room in general.
 
They just added it well maybe but that is creepy or maybe it is just something waiting to be solved plus the lumiose ghost girl comes back in ORAS so maybe it is something different this time.

Well, it's somewhat debatable whether the Lumiose Ghost Girl is really back in ORAS. It could just be a regular Hex Maniac that happens to have the same dialogue as the XY counterpart (we don't see any of the creepy movement and disappearing that the latter had, for example).
 
Maybe it is a hint for figuring out something in pokemon x and y about the ghost girl and maybe the next generation of pokemon may have a hint of phoebe's ghost .

Not necessarily, since the ghost girl thing has been a running gag in the series. There were ghost characters in the Old Chateau in Gen IV, a ghost girl that mysteriously vanishes on the Marvelous Bridge in Gen V, and now we have this ghost girl in Gen VI.
 
Oh yeah your right Nintendo keep making creepy ghost girls in every generation without no reason at all maybe it will all add up someday and we will figure it out why they make these easter eggs waiting for someone to fix the problem.Plus I am sure just how the unsolved mysteries were left in x and y the phoebe's ghost will just left it like that just like all the gens.

This is pretty creepy >.<

I hope they add more Ghost Girl people in future games! Or even a backstory to her :eek:
