Pokémon: Bad Designs

I would like to preamble this by saying that I do not dislike Pokémon any less because of these designs, but there are some Pokémon that I see and think: Seriously.
Pokémon is know for their animal like creatures that hide in tall-grass. As a kid I liked the Pokémon cartoon because they were able to bring animal-like movements to imaginary creatures. In some generations Pokémon has released Pokémon that aren't animal-like. Such as Aegislash, or Drifblim, and Vanilluxe. Worst of all in my opinion Klefki. Is it wrong to not use these based on their appearances?

I hate it too, some I love like: Litwik Chandelure
drifloon ect. but Then they stopped trying and things like trubbish, garbodor klefki and MANY others even back to the first
generation has a really boring or gross look!

These gen 7 designs are awful. I mean a bug type that looks like a bus? Come on >.< at least Salandite looks kinda cool and Pikipek is kinda cute >.>

Personally, I think that the Gen 7 designs look great! Apart from the freaking bug-type bus, as @Livada said. Honestly, I don't understand why people think that Litwick and its evolutions are "uncreative". Sure, it's just a candle with a kawaii face on it, but it's a pretty amazing Pokemon, in my opinion. I don't mind Trubbish or Garbador as much as I despise Muk and Grimer, though. People say that Trubbish and Garbador are literally garbage, but at least it's still way more creative and unique than Muk and Grimer.

Personally I love the minivan bug, I think its adorable. As for the generation with the most uncreative designs I would say gen 1 because most of the Pokemon were just slightly altered animals that didn't look very fantasy-like however I don't think it had many "bad" designs they just weren't very creative. As for the generation with the worst designs I would have to say gen 5 because it over designed too many things such as Garbodor whom evolved by just picking up more trash (I do not dislike it because its the trash Pokemon as I think that Trubbish is actually a nice Pokemon design that fits in well with the styling of the Unova region)

In generation 5(b/w) I think the designs were kind of stupid. Take patrat and watchhog for example. They were stupid and just as un creative as the two trash pokemon, trubish and garbodar. The only pokemon from that generation that I saw as relevant were the legendary dragon pokemon, zeckrom, reshiram, and kyurem. Also genesect was pretty cool to. Mostly because in b/w 2 the dragons got a nice power-up form.

Well, not nesessarily. Pokemon x and y had some pretty cool pokemon. Like Talonflame. This thing is a weapon of mass destruction in the right hands. Pair it with its hidden ability gale wings, and its pretty much unstoppable, unless paired with an uber water, rock, or electric type. And also it has a great tie with norse mythology, which im pretty fond of. You see this in the tree of the world. Asguard, realm of the eagle.(Yveltal) Midguard, land of the mortals(xerneas), and niflheim realm which houses hell and the serpant like dragon.

Who thinks they should ASK fans what a good design would be? It'll be better than something
random... I haven't seen generation 7 designs yet but, I know I'll cringe at most of them.
Probably wouldn't catch MANY Pokemon until I needed them!
