No I pokebanked them. I downloaded the first Hoopa then I banked him and started new game then repeated the process. I always keep a extra Pokémon game to use to get extra amounts of the event Pokémon

Keep in mind that you must provide proof that shinies you breed are yours. Do this by taking a picture of your IT/ID in the trainer card and the Pokemon's OT/ID.
