You can get a Pokeball Vivillon for 6 days 7/6-7/12 From Mystery gift. FINALLY AVAILABLE IN NORTH AMRICA. just select Mystery gift and recieve it from internet.
 
True dat. Got it today. Here's the one I have:
Nature: Impish
Pokeball: Normal Pokeball
Classic Ribbon- a Ribbon that proclaims love for that Pokemon.
Ability: Shield Dust

Level 12
Moves: Stun Spore, Gust, Light Screen, Struggle Bug
Note: Apparently a fateful encounter

My vivillion that get from these event is jolly , as I remember I think.. Waiting for new pattern of vivillion to be distributed ..I just watch some vid on youtube that shows maybe there will came out an event that distributed these pokemon ..however those only just a coverage before a real announcement to be mad
