Should PAA be used only to draw Pokemon?

(If it is at your convenience, please explain your motive on voting in one of the two categories.)

It was about this time in 2015, when I came across a post that rose my intrigue.
On Miiverse, in the Pokemon Art Academy community, a popular post during the 2nd week of January opened
up with "Please only draw pokemon on pokemon art academy." (complete with a sad Pikachu.)

As I went on, the user, who I shall name only as Tia for her sake, complained of the non-pokemon art in
the community. (To an extent, alot of it was Fnaf fan drawings at the time, so I at least understood the motive.)
But Tia went so far as to demand that users either "only draw pokemon," or "just post somewhere else."
Even further, Tia claimed that the users "would be banned because of the user-agreement."

This was of course met with dismal support...

Many users (myself included,) argued that the off-topic policies of the user-agreement did not extend to use
of an art-program as an art-program. Others explained that their parents did not allow them to log in to other
art-sites like DA - Yes, the argument was Tia versus the children of MV whose parents' rules of the internet would not allow them access to alternate websites: basically Tia vs %75 of MV.

After which, all fell silent, Tia's command was ignored, and the whole thing was shortly forgotten.
But who among you agrees with those who argued with Tia? Who here agrees with Tia? Is "Poke-Purity"
still a thing? Would it make a difference where the drawing was drawn or posted? I'd like to hear from all of you about this no-longer-relevant issue.

I voted "No! We should draw what we want" because, yes its drawing program just with Pokémon slapped on it (don't get me wrong I love Pokémon) and being a drawing program we should be free to draw whatever even if it isn't Pokémon because honestly I seen a bunch of amazing art drawn on PAA that had nothing to with Pokémon. Its like using Colors 3D and being forced to draw 3D pictures or going to Hot Topic and being forced to by the clothes in the back of the store.

She doesn't understand that limiting someones freedom when it comes to art makes them hate it. That's why I hated Art class because I couldn't draw what I really wanted to. PAA on Miiverse doesn't mean Pokémon drawings it means art done on the app, if she wants strickly Pokémon drawings then she should hang out in the actual Pokémon game areas.

And little kids can't join DA or other sites for a reason, there are things that no innocent kid should see (not saying all artist there are like that, I'm not, but the homepage is questionable at times)

If she thought the FNAF wave was bad she'd have a fit with the Undertale wave.

I voted that there should be only Pokemon art on Pokemon Art Academy because if you want to draw something else there's New Art Academy. I know they only put some Pokemon on that application and called it POKEMON Art Academy but still, if it's called Pokemon AA then I would be drawing Pokemon only. If I wanted to draw everything including Pokemon then I would call it Everything Art Academy, or something like that, I don't know.

I bought PAA to draw whatever I want the way I want.

PAA has better tools and nicer tutorials than the regular AA. Why would I not draw whatever I want? I paid for it, I should be able to draw whatever I want with it as long as it doesn't break any rules?

If only Pokémons are allowed to be drawn... good bye originality I guess? No more creations, just copying existing characters in different setup, it's a nice way to kill creativity.

Then, what would prevent someone to draw anything he wants and say it's his pokemon he created? I mean, there's a keyring pokemon, and an ice cream and whatnot. Anyone could draw a nice house and say it's a new pokemon idea after all.

Even though Pokemon Art Academy is mainly aimed towards us Pokemon fans, and that usually you have to draw Pokemon in it, I think being able to draw anything that you imagine is one of the choice that everyone have to make, and not to be forced whatsoever. Besides, one can imagine which type the character they draw will be if they're part of Pokemon, or who knows, maybe they could make it as if the character (who happens to be from another series) crossovers with Pokemon.

So, I think it's best to be able to draw anything that they want.

I have made an artwork using that software that doesn't show any Pokemon. It's my favorite character cosplaying as Serena. Of course, I didn't bother to post it on Miiverse, nor would anyone care about it since no one believes my talent is worth checking . . . I knew that I must end my life. I don't use my talent to amuse myself like some simpleton with no life.
