Gen 5 Pokemon black 2, is it worth getting now?

I played Black when I was much younger and had no clue how to play pokemon properly so I never experienced it right. Im going to play through it again from the start butthen I remembered about Black 2. I thought it was just a remake of Black but then I found out that it was a sequel.

Is it worth playing Black 2 now? I heard something about linking Black and Black 2 for different stuff in Black 2 but is that even a thing/still possible anymore? The game will probably be really cheap now to pick up as its old but is it worth playing or is it too close of a game to black?

I had both Black and White, which besides the Pokemon themselves with their terrible designs, were really good, nice story, areas and all. Then I decided to try Black 2 using an emulator and I realized how badly it sucked! Story is bad, predictable and only feels like a bad copy of the stories from other games, the rival is really annoying and his goals and plans hardly make any sense if you think about it, plus it's not fun at all, with the game forcing you to go through some parts only to show you the new features (eg: Pokestar Studios)! Finally, there's the fact that all wifi functions of the game are unavailable at this point, meaning it's not worth getting it, especially since you already have Black!
