Isn't that the direct translation of Vietnamese Crystal to English xD. I remember a few of those in a list of funny Vietnamese Crystal translations lol. Especially "THROW THE BUTT CASUALLY".

Ahh, Vietnamese Crystal. Never saw the cartridge in real life, but I've seen what the translations were up to.
Seriously, this versions sounds more like a troll/joke version than a real Vietnamese port. I doubt they'd use so many profanities in so little time, and so many contradictions as well (1st, it's Monsters, and now, it's Elf ? So, monsters or elves ?).
Also, are baked volcanoes meat (that's what they said, right ?) edible at least ? Because that one is pretty much the thing that kills me after so many laughs.

Well... they sound like really rough translations used because any other translation wouldn't fit the memory the cartridge has. At least that's my theory. Anyone who doesn't know any better would assume an elf is a half magic, half-human creature which is basically what Pokémon is in some respect. I wouldn't doubt the existence of this bootleg and it's really clever and I'm glad this got out so everyone can enjoy it.

Yeah, I used to play this one when I was borrowing my cousin's Gameboy Color, when it was bundled with several other games. The Pokemon as 'Elves' was amusing in its own right, and I do remember back then when I thought, "Isn't that cool that Nut (a.k.a Berry in the original) grants you some health in battle?" that I was thinking of searching for another Nut to equip to my Pokemon.

However, I haven't finished the game because I was playing it for around 5 hours or so before returning it, and I haven't played it again for years. That was long before Vietnamese Crystal is well known.
