Pokemon Does Beedrill Remain a Bee or does it turn to a Wasp when it Mega Evolves

I was just wondering Lol if Beedrill is a Bee when it Mega Evolves or does it turn into a wasp since mega evolution is short and you can use it during battle I think the creators just did that because Mega Beedrill dosen't last forever what do you guys think it is?Comment Below and let's sit down and discuss this

From what it looks like, Beedrill's origins are kinda half bee, half wasp. Between the two however, it more closely resembles an Asian Giant Hornet than anything else:

In my minds eye though Beedrill has always looked like a wasp despite it's name since bees are more often than not orange/black in color, while wasps are usually yellow/black in color excepting exotic species. So I guess Beedrill stays a wasp when it mega evolves?

@Pandaxclone2 I saw the same because Nintendo ironically called Beedrill , "Beedrill" although it looks like a Wasp and when it mega evolves it's no longer a bee nor it will never be just that wasps have yellow legs and bees have black little legs Lol although it hurts when
they sting you wouldn't want to be stunged be either one also when it mega evolves it becomes more harmful and fatal and yet he's one of my favorite poison type pokemon
