You can check the natures by going to their summary's. Checking the IVs is a bit harder.
ORAS - go to the battle resort and go into the Pokemon centre. Talk to the man in the top right corner and he should ask you if you want him to judge your Pokemon. Say yes and select the heatran/Cresselia. It should say this Pokemon is "Outstanding" not anything else. Then he'll list the IVs it has. You want him to say: HP, Attack, Defense, Sp. Attack, Sp.Defense. Not speed.

X and Y - same thing but talk to the guy in the Pokemon centre in the top left in the city with the friend safari
