pokemon heartgold wifi problems

When I try to play like pokemon black and heartgold with a decent WiFi connection it gives me error code: 51099. What does that mean I really want to play pokemon online so please help me

Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection servers are down since May, 2014. Sorry, but you'd better send those pokés to Gen 6 if you need to trade them.
