Pokemon: Legendaries

In ORAS legendaries are not uncommon and have many from the past like Rikou and Entai. You find them in mirage spots BUT... You can find them in the story 4 are Deoxys, Latios or Latias, Kyogre or Groudon, and Raquaza (which has megastone equip already). Another legendary NOT found in a mirage spot is
Ho-Oh or Lugia.

Well in the latest Pokemon game OR/AS it was kinda cool that they'd include past legendaries that you can get through mirage spots that are sometimes in different times or certain conditions , each version with their own set .

But I thought that you find Ho-oh/Lugia in a mirage spot though o: ( though you have to do some sort of quest thing first )
