Pokemon Quest coming to Nintendo Switch and Mobile

Today's conference revealed a new Pokemon game called Pokemon Quest that is coming to the Nintendo Switch and mobile smartphones (I'm guessing Android and iOS). It's free-to-play, so put down the shotguns D:

Someone named it Pokemon Roblox

According to the company's official Twitter channel, the game will take place on a mysterious Tumblecube Island. Players will be able to battle wild Pokemon, obtain treasure and befriend Pokemon

I don't think I'll try it out for the heck of it. What about you?

Well I don't own a system that plays this game so I won't play it. I would only recommend this to teens or younger then again it could be really fun. Clearly a Minecraft/Crossy Road/Roblox game. If it's not compatible with current games like Manaphy in Pokemon Ranger that would be a major turn off.

I might as well try it. I enjoyed Pokemon Rumble enough for a freebie, so it doesn't hurt to try it.

Btw the game is allready available on switch, and is coming to iOs and android in july.

It's okay. I enjoyed Pokemon Rumble World as a free game, and this one is similar. After the Switch launched, I thought there must be a game controlled only by touch, because technically you can bring mobile games to the Switch and it won't be bad (but not good if it fills the eShop). I'll try it out in a few days...

I enjoyed Pokémon Quest on my Switch because I like having some Pokémon traveling and beating up anything on their way (and I can put it in Auto mode as well). However, at times I'm bothered when the SFX of the game occasionally goes too loud, especially when there are many attacks at the same time.

I'd have to give it a try, it looks really neat! Much different from past Pokemon spin off games.

i got a notice about this on my switch sometime ago, and tbh the whole thing looked and even sounded kind of weird to me so i will most likely be skipping this one. seems to be better styled for younger players in my opinion but correct me if im wrong. might be wrong, but the reason it probably seems awkward to me is because of the overall design lol. will wait for the lets go pikachu and eevee launch since that sounds and looks way better to me
