Do any of you guys know what would happen if you used Skill Swap on a Castform then made it rain, or sunny?

Would would happen if you used Skill Swap on a Castform? Castform will be stuck in whatever form it was currently in, but it is impossible for another Pokemon to Trace or Skill Swap Forecast, so it would just fail.
