I have a few questions lined up!
  1. What is an "OT" or "ID"
  2. How can you see whether a Pokemon is tied to someone?
  3. I traded a few shiny Pokemon, a little while earlier, to which I'm fearing were hacked... How do I prove to others that they are mine and I received them legitimately, on my part?
  4. What type of Pokemon trading is allowed in the Nookling Junction?
Thanks!

I can only answer a couple of these but here goes:

1. OT stands for Original Trainer, and each trainer gets their own ID number. Any Pokémon said trainer catches or hatches will be put under that OT/ID, and any traded Pokémon will be attached to the trainer who originally caught it's OT/ID.
2. You can check that Pokémon's tied OT by going to their summary page.
3. The only way is to prove they were under your OT. The rule on shinies states they must be under your OT.
4. See #3 I don't really know about the rest

  2. Go to the pokemonx page and there should be an ID on it
  3. Well once u receive the Pokemon the person who gave u the shiny pokemon will have their ID on their Pokemon so if somebody tries to report you for hacking you cna simply just state that it is not under it ID
  4. Any Pokemon! If they are shiny they must be under ID/OT
