Pokemon Shuffle- How to transfer data from 3DS to Mobile

So I downloaded this game for my mobile and I am interested to know how to transfer data from my 3DS to my mobile.

When I opened the app, it asked for a transfer code. I cant find the code anywhere in my 3ds version. Where is it located? Or is it meant only to transfer from one phone to another?

Yeah I don't think there's a way to go from 3DS to phone yet. But who knows maybe the future will be an update where we can put out NNIDs in the phone and have them connect that way.
