Gen 6 pokemon solar diamond and lunar pearl true?

I have read of rumors of diamond and pearl remakes which are called solar diamond and lunar diamond are these true . if it was true then it would be extremely awesome because pokemon diamond and pearl are my favorite pokemon games yet. they just have a unique storyline that others don't have.

I've seen the article as well, and I must say I would love it if Diamond and pearl do get a remake.
However, since Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire haven't even come out yet, you should not get your hopes too high, as there is no announcement from Gamefreak/Nintendo, yet. Gamefreak will do the wse move and release them later in the future, when OR/AS will have died down.
 
Hmm. What will explain Diamond Dust (the special effect in a lot of Pokemon mainseries games)? There should be a connection between that, pearl strings, or whatever. There probably is potential evidence for a remake. Just not when.
 
That would be cool, I think that is when they are gonna add the new 4th gen starter mega evolutions, I wanna see mega infernape so bad. But I knew there was a remake, I just thought it will be called something else like time diamond and space pearl or something like that but solar diamond and lunar pearl actually sounds like it will be a cool game. If you guys noticed. Gen 2 multiply that two my 2 again gives you 4th gen which is when the remake was made same for gen 3 to 6. That could be a hint

u mean 4 gen to 8 gen. I don't think so . and what can you say for 1 gen to 3 gen 1 doubles into 2 and 1st gen did not have a 2nd gen remake I wish all the games from 1st gen to 6th gen could be played in just 1 game one after another

Hmm I doubt it as of now with Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby coming out so soon, but I can easily see it coming out with the next generation of pokemon games. It might be a long wait though so don't get your hopes up too much

I'd find it weird that the games were named after the Lunar duo, instead of the creation trio, but meh. I'd still like a remake, but it feels a bit too soon. Diamond and Pearl aren't that outdated.

It were just picked random names by a randon guy (see 1 of the 2 sources @PersonSP posted), but I like the idea and if it is true, I can't wait till the new desings of team galagtica (sorry if I misspelled it)

Well, it sounds awesome, but I doubt that it is true. I mean, ORAS hasnt even been releasen, and I think it is going to be at least 2 years before the generation 4 games are going to get a remake. And like GreninjaKnight903 said, Infernape, Empoleon and Torterra mega evolutions would be really freaking awesome!!!

It seems ridiculous that the fourth generation games would get a remake so soon. You can still buy gen four games brand new in stores and play them on your 3ds. The reason that gen 2 and 3 games were remade was because not everyone has a Gameboy advance anymore and you cant buy gen 2 and 3 games in stores anymore. So I don't think it will be until well after the 3ds is a relevant system anymore that they announce another remake.
