I see that there is a shiny minor but it doesn't call for help meaning the Sos chain doesn't work and it's also unbreedable so haw is it attainable?

You can breed it with a Ditto. Just because it's genderless doesn't mean you can't breed it. I've seen it S.O.S before once you get a Damp Pokemon to prevent it from exploding and getting it down to the red.

Honestly it doesn't matter. Shiny Pokemon happen randomly. You have a slightly higher chance of getting a shiny one when you have a foreign Ditto.
 
And for the IV's I would recommend a 6 IV Ditto
