I don't want to believe it's real but seems very legit, I think this video will be taken down by Nintendo quick once it gets popular. It's not that surprising really. Letting people preload the game on the eShop just means the files are online, they're just inaccessible to play through normal means. I'm sure some hackers on the 3DS scene managed to find a way around that.

Well, smea said he had some seed hax but wouldn't be able to work on it before the 12th so I'd say this footage comes from the cart dump from Lurantis.
