hi there um for all those pokemon tcg and tcgo players i have a huge question that is bugging me and here it is,

ok so basically i have this online deck that I am trying to build and it is 99% complete but it is missing a jolteon EX from generations so as a place holder i put in a magnezone EX but just today i got a generations trainer box and i have enough packs to trade someone in the public trades for a jolteon ex from generations so here is my question since what they are asking for are 10 generation packs should i do the trades or open my packs and hope for a jolteon ex or just save them for later? plz help cause i have been on the hunt for a jolteon EX for this deck for a long time.

Jolteon ex is so much more cheaper now because the meta in standard is filled with megas and pokemon ranger is a thing. Basically it's just not as good as it used to be. It's worth around 10 packs so the offers you've seen are pretty good because the trading section is filled with awful offers on tcgo.

The pro option would be for you to save your packs to trade with. My lame opinion would be to open them because I'm weak and it has good ex pull ratios lol.

However if you're planning to play in expanded, idk what you should do because I don't have much experience there... I'm guessing jolteon ex would be popular there because I've heard it's filled with night march.
