Pokemon x error codes,Help needed!

I have been surfing the web a long time for finding a solution to my problem.Everytime I try to connect to the internet on any game or go on my friendlist I get error code 001-0502.I don't get error codes though when I connect to the e-shop or go into miiverse.So can someone please help me?

I will explain, what you have to do is the following. Go to settings from your 3ds. Go to internet connection and test your connection. If it is still happening, switch your internet switch off and on again. I usually helps for me
