Gen 6 Pokemon X2 Y2 or Pokemon Z?

We have the question if the 3rd pokemon game of kalos would be Pokemon Z OR Pokemon X2 Y2. Since Black 2 and white 2 were released im confused. Let's see...

For Pokemon X2 Y2: In the codes of X Y Zygarde had 2 Signature moves ( Thousand arrows & Thousand Waves). I think that this signature moves are going to be exclusive for x2 y2 versions, Thousand arrows for Y version and Thousand waves for X, (I Think that because Arrows are the only way Zygarde has to hit Yveltal).
And other reasons x2 y2 would be confirmed is that Zygarde is the bridge between Xerneas and Yveltal and that the story of the game wasnt very "Exiting" or interesting (My opinion). Xerneas, Yveltal and Zygarde would have more participation. AND junichi masuda said that they always wants to surprise us...

For Pokemon Z: In pokemon X Y Zygarde wasnt in the main story so i think that they waited to put Zygarde's part of the stoy in pokemon z. And is very notable (The letters of the dimensions X Y Z | The 3 last letters of the alphabet t,u,v,w,X,Y,Z. I think if was pokemon Z Zygarde, Yveltal and Xerneas would have to battle, if not why does Zygarde has the ability Aura Break.

I think a Z game is much more likely, but that's also kinda what I thought about a gray game.

But since there's probably not going to be more fusiond, Z :D

I think it's a possible thing. Honestly, I would prefer a new generation before sequels to these games but..I can see it happening. Maybe with more megas this time. Mega Cloyster, Mega Mamoswine, Mega Mismagius..you never know, right? xD There are some other Pokemon that deserve megas as well.
 
I doubt it. They've already released alpha sapphire and omega ruby, so they cant really go back and add in to an older generation. Also, the Zygarde idea isn't really good, because the main thing about each game is that each legendary is supposed to only be able to be caught in the game of it. Zygarde is available in x and y, so it wouldn't be exclusive to the Z version. Maybe they coukd make a zebra called zebrete as the legendary. It be like a unicornunicorn
 
I would say a z game is going to be made but it will not be made most likely they will make remake of pokemon games in the past like Fire red,ORAS and more.The Z game is most likely not going to come since now I think only fresh new games might come out or just some remakes of pokemon games.
 
I think it'll be X2 and Y2, since I believe people found in the coding for the 6th gen games entries for two unreleased 6th gen games that you could receive traded pokemon from. The Zygarde moves also seem to hint toward two games so it's inevitable. I just hope this time they actually put effort into the post game to satisfy hardcore pokemon gamers like myself, considering how big of a disappointment ORAS was for me in that regard.
 
Why not...both? Probably won't happen but if it did it would really increase the profits of nintendo and my happiness levels. This year I am hoping for a new original game but it will probably be pokemon z and delta emerald
 
I really think it be more of a probability that there would be Pokemon Z because of your theory. Though Nintendo is very tricky in releasing pokemon versions( Note that I thought there would be pokemon grey but it ended in Pokemon B/W 2) Then besides...... When you say Pokemon X/Y2 the name already feels kinda off

I think both are a possibility but I think Pokemon Z is the more likely of the two scenarios.

Z just makes more sense. They'd obviously be making a new form for Zygarde - likely a form for each of his special moves (Thousand Arrows/Thousand Waves) because his current form is boring as heck.

I personally enjoyed X/Y's story, though.

I doubt a "Z" version will be released, 'cause in the 5th generation we saw the extinction of the "THIRD GAME". They chose to release another Game(s) with new stories.

As Black, White, Black 2 and White 2 are all part of the 5th generation; X, Y, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are part of the 6th.

I think they'll spend more times and more games/spin-offs in the same generations, so maybe X2/Y2 are possible, but considering that many poké-fans didn't like Kalos, it's difficult to say.

I personally believe they will move forward into a new game. With the release of the 3rd gen remakes, I agree that we probably won't be seeing any third games added. I also don't think we'll see Post X/Y era although I really wouldn't be surprised if they did do this. I just don't see it happening.

I prefer pokemon Z. I don't think an X2/y2 will be released anytime soon. They only did that for pkmn black and white.

Lmaoo preferring Z like we know what the difference of a X2/Y2 and a Z would be. I think Z is most likely to happen since the third main legendary, zygarde's ability breaks all auras, which come from Yvetal and Xerneas. He is like the peacekeeper of the duo, as Rayquaza to Kyogre and Groudon. So I see it being necessary for a full on story and explanation revolving around Zygarde rather than like a fusal of Yevtal/Zygarde and Xerneas/Zygarde like the weird turkey fried ghetto chicken leg Zekrom hybrid stuff we saw in b2w2.

Man I just nerded out hardcore

I say there should be a game about the Mew Trio. (Yes, Trio. You will see in a second.) A strange scientist appears from Team Rocket's base and says he's finally done it. Prof. Oak does his "Are you a Boy or a Girl?' thing and then a huge boom appears and a silhouette appears in the sky. MEW THREE shoots a sinister beam at Mt. Moon and it blows up. Prof. Oak (Standing next to you and your mom) gets a call from Lance and you need to meet him at Mt. Moon right away. And then the game truly begins...

It's more likely to be Z because the whole XYZ dimension thing with the 3d. Also, just because they had a Black/White 2 doesn't mean they're gonna make a X/Y 2. The story in Black and White also made it better if they made a B/W 2 because Kyurem was said to be an empty shell of a Pokemon that was once one, but is not anymore.

A lot of people think they completely got rid of the third game because they did it for one game out of six. It might have just been an experiment.

Unlikely now with ORAS existing but Pokemon Z is a possibility, just has to be a whole new region though. Maybe they will remake X and Y on a home video game console.

I heard/read somewhere that Z was next (nor sure how true it is). But I think they'd make XY2 before Z.

I heard rumours Pikachu might change in the upcoming games, that it'll get a new look too.

I say there will be a Pokemon Z, something similar to Emerald. Also to add, Zygarde's entry states, and I quote, "When the Kalos region's ecosystem falls into disarray, it appears and reveals its secret power." Also, 2 new moves have been discovered in X/Y's code, "Thousand Waves" and "Thousand Arrows" speculated to appear as Zygarde's signature moves in it's Secret Power Form.
