I don't quite get the description, tell me if you were asking for something else.
While my favorite is Latios, since MY Latios is banned from everywhere (6IVs, Shiny, Timid, 100% Legit though from Emerald), I'll have to talk about my second favorite, Tyranitar! My team usually consists of Dargonite (suicide lead, Multiscale + Lum Berry, Dragon Dance + Outrage!), Mega Aggron (insane Bulk and hits like a truck!), Tyranitar (Assault Vest + Sandstorm [Sand Stream] = 680 Sp. Def., can survive practically any special attack!), Garchomp (Sand Veil [along Tyranitar] + BrightPowder = opponents lose 30% accuracy!), Alakazam (Life Orb + Magic Guard = 372 Speed and 469 Sp. Atk with no recoil!) and Latios (Weakness Policy doubles the 359 Sp. Atk. and also has 350 speed!)! However, since I can't use Latios competitively, I have replaced it with the closest thing there is to it, Espeon! They have the exact same Special Attack and Speed, while only having slightly worse bulk, but still adequate for Weakness Policy! Also, it has Magic Bounce to counter status moves and entry hazards! So, in the end, my team consists of Dragonite, Mega Aggron, Tyranitar, Garchomp, Alakazam and Espeon!
