This is a pkmn contest,but different to most,evolved pokemon arent allowed,Legends also arent allowed
All items but berries and quick claw are banned.
"Curse" is only allowed when used by non ghost tpye pokemon

If you wonder why so many competive attacks are forbidden,its due tothem being too overused in my opinion
