Spin Off Pokken Tournament in the N3DS?

Will Pokken tournament reach the N3DS? We all know that the old 3DS/2DS is inferior to the N3DS but can the N3DS handle it? Assuming that the N3DS is = to Wii or somewhat close to the Wii's graphics, can it run Pokken without delay or will it run in 60FPS and be an exclusive title for the WiiU and N3DS? Or will the game be exclusive only to the WiiU?

SSB3ds runs at 60 fps so why can't pokemon tournament ? So I'm pretty sure the N3DS can handle it but I don't think it'll reach it mainly because I feel like it belongs on the wii u just to give it a boost in sales.

If its true that pokken tournament is coming and can be play on N3DS .then it is a good news.. We should just keep hoping for it..all pokemon fan will happy ,nintendo should put more effort in putting it into N3DS..
