Spin Off Pokken Tournament system?

What system(s) will Pokken be on when it is released. I'm pretty sure it will be on Wii U, but is there anything else, perhaps 3ds?
 
Pokken tornument will recieve a wiiu exclusive release on March 16 2016 in everywhere, however in japan it is an arcade game too and it has been an arcade game since July 16 of last year. Also, Hori and Nintendo announced that the wiiu version would also recieve an exclusive dedicated controler for all dem fans out there. It has not been confirmed for 3ds, however nintendo can make a later release or re release much like that of hyrule warriors/ hyrule warriors legends. Also gengar is in it which I think you might like.
