Possible to get the mega gengar using the same method for mega charizard?

Hi,

Is anyone able to get the mega gengar using the same method as for mega charizard? I tried using the "change your ssid to nintendospotpass5" method but ended up only reveicing a pumpkaboo. Or do you have to use another ssid now? I live in Europe.

well, seeing as you are using the internet to recieve the Mystery Gift, i dont think it is possible to recieve the Mega Gengar because the Gengar is recieved through a code. I guess you have to go to an E B Games and get a code :/

Kyubey is right, to get gengar you must obtain it from the store which gamestop mainly .. This event is not the same as charizard..
