Possibly a new Pokémon Gen.

There was one big announcement earlier this year and that was that Pokemon GO is arriving on smart devices in 2016. During the announcement an image was shown off of the Pokemon timeline including all the main entires in the series with a notable space for a new entry in 2016. We already know that the Pokemon Company is planning something for the franchise’s 20th anniversary and what better way of celebrating than releasing a new mainline title.

Please tell me what your thoughts are about this.

Well, considering that Pokemon Z has somehow been verified, I'm guessing it's going to be that one. Also, Nintendo already has reserved the rights for Delta Emarald, so it could be this instead of Z. Then again, who said that only one game will be released? For all we know, they could release Z around February and Delta Emarald around November. Nintendo has run out of ideas for there to be a new gen, which is why they use what little they can think of right now to do remakes. It's pretty likely that, with the way thing are going, there won't ever be a next gen, just remakes. To be honest, I wouldn't mind that at all. Let's get remakes instead of a new gen. Imagine Sinnoh and Johto remakes! That would be cool.
