This is a only-somewhat-original-idea For Pokemon players that I don't think you'll want to miss out on


Rules: (Failure to Read rules Means your entry will be ignored)
-You must have been around for 2 Weeks and be active
-You must have a showdown account and/or Pokemon X/Y/OR/AS
-Most battles will Be in showdown for ease
-You must have 20 Messages
-Gym Leaders Can join
-5 PC entry Fee
-Battles must be completed within a week (Most active member will get the W if they have asked to battle)
-Make a team name (based off another sports team from real life e.g. Jacksonville Jigglypuffs)
-Keep track of how many kills and deaths your Pokemon get (e.g. Pikachu defeated 2 Pokemon and fainted once)
-OU Single Battles (sorry @Wayne )
-Have Fun

The prize will be whatever I collect +100 PC from yours Truly :3
Players who make the play-offs will get 20 PC So the overall champ gets 120 PC (plus entry)

Other Important Info:
In the beginning of the event you will draft 10 Pokemon From A list I will put up. I want to have at the most 10 teams and at least 8. The draft order will be decided by a randomizer.

There are 4 teams in the play-off, they are decided by record. If there is a tie then whichever team has the better ranked Pokemon will move on
(e.g. Blue team's Top Pokemon killed 10 pokes and died 6 times (+4 score), Red teams top Pokemon killed 12 Pokemon but died 10 times, (+2 score) Blue team moves on.) If that is also a tie then a 3v3 battle will be held.


I'm sure some of you have questions, so tag me in a question post and I'll answer it And yes, this is inspired by the GBA and Football. (not a big football fan though)

The draft will be held here and a list of Pokemon will be added soon, but it'd be bad to cram all the information here so I've made a place for all the extra stuff.

• What does "in showdown" mean?
• What if you don't have a Smogon name?
• I don't get the draft stuff (at all), could you explain what you mean?
• What's it with the teams? Are we to fight alongside another player?
• How many pokemon can be in my team? 6?
• There are no forbidden moves and items? (I don't mind that)
• If both players agree an the battle be a double battle? (Pretty please? My favourite battles are Tripples but since no one seems to like those I'd really like some doubles).

1. Showdown is a popular pokemon battle simulator, it's easier then breeding all your pokemon (makes it easier)
2. I meant showdown >.> (username for showdown)
3. We take turns picking one pokemon at a time (i understand this may take awhile though, might think of something)
