So since the final dlc is coming up, I decided to make predictions for where the two characters will be placed. Keep in mind that this isn't saying they will always be there, because we still do not know whether or not there will be more updates solely for gameplay purposes.
I predict Bayonetta as being high B or low A. I say this because while she does have a good combo game, it appears she doesn't have many approach options and not much of a neutral game. Her combos do take a lot of time to start up, and her landing lag increases the more loves you use, which will be heavily used against you. Bat within and witch time however, will be very good for racking up damage quickly.
Corrin on the other hand, look like she will be a tough character to rank. I'm saying SHE because I prefer to use the female alternates of characters rather than males. Anyway, corrin looks like she could be where Marth and Shulk are, near C or A. Corrin seems to be a character that requires heavy spacing game, and force the person to utilize her length to its full extent. Another problem Corrin may have is missing her pin move. As if you are to pin, miss, and be off stage, the opponent can either lead into a combo barrage or attempt a spike. However, that will also be good for baiting. Corrin seems to fit people that play like @DandelionTheDandyLion WFT. Space heavily and move in. Or you could play like my Roy, heavy attacks and quick kills. Her counter in FFA's is sure to throw everyone off. What do you think of this and where do you think these characters will be listed?
