Moon/Sun Prediction on Sun/Moon Region, and Theories

Here's what I predict on the new games, based from the gameplay footage.

1. The player hometown is most likely Oahu Island. The peninsula, with the city to the west. Also the location of the first gym.
2. The player will then go to the Maui group of islands. They are connected by bridges, with teh exception of Kahoolawe.
3. Kahoolawe will likely be the regional team's headquarters. The island used to be a military training ground, so...
4. Mauna Loa (and also Mauna Kea) will be of important significance. Mauna Loa could be the place where the legendaries can live, like Mt. Coronet.
5. There was another town shown, I think it corresponds to Lanai City for some reason.
6. Kauai could be some island where Dragon pokemon can be found.
7. Niihau could be the Pokemon League.
8. Phoebe of the Hoenn Elite 4 could return as a gym leader (if the games are set before the events of Gen III), or an ordinary NPC.
9. Immediately south of Mauna Loa, you can find lava flows. The first time you reach that place, an event will prevent you from advancing, forcing you to go to the mountain route of Mauna Loa + Kea.
10. The region could be separated to Western Alola, Central Alola, and Eastern Alola.
11. The islands west of Niihau could be some sort of post game content.
12. Singapore (with the building that looks like the Raffles Hotel there) can also be post game content.
13. Rowlet will stay Grass/Flying.
14. Litten will be Fire/Dark.
15. Popplio will be Water/Ice.

Also heres my theory about the game:

1. The evil team wants to harness the power of the sun/moon, to power their weapon, so they seek the legendaries, and the diamond thingy found in the Japanese logo of the game.
2. The ferries could be big boats, where you can battle Trainers, like the SS Anne and the Royal Unova.
3. The legendary trio could be based on Hawaiian creation myths.
