It depends on what games you want to play, and find which console has the better games you like more. I only need the PS4, then I will own all 3.

I don't own an Xbox One so I can't really speak from personal experience, but from what I hear the menus are very slow and laggy compared to the PlayStation 4.

Other than that, it's really just personal preference. Do you plan on using it as a media streaming device? Are you looking for better exclusives? What types of games do you play? etc. etc.

From a game catalog standpoint, I think PlayStation 4 is a lot better than Xbox One, but neither really have any killer apps that should influence your decision.
