Thats sounds AWESOME and great , but I think that much effort deserves more PC's like 3 PC for level 50-60 or even 4 PC for up to 100. Anyways still very innovative idea but I just suggest something alongside the EV training so you could rake in more customers I still love this idea though.

Special request: Can a rare candy be used to level it to LV50 so that it doesn't have any blue EXP in the bar at LV50?

Pokemon #1: Eevee (to level 50)
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SP DEF / 6 DEF
Extra note: can it be evolved into an Umbreon before it hits level 50? Moves :

• Foul play (if you don't have ORAS, it's alright)
• Heal Bell (ORAS move tutor)

Pokemon #2: Piplup (to level 50)
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SP DEF / 6 DEF
Extra note: evolve into Empoleon and give it the following moves :

• Stealth rock

I can pay 20 PC in total because of the special request and there's no rush.

haha for a second i thought 3pc was already expensive for lv100 but then again it does require some effort so thanks for the suggestion
