I'm using the QR MyDesign app for iPad, and I have my creator info and everything... I've tried everything.

You need four qr codes for that. I don't know how you can switch the design mode in NL. I think as soon as you put the standee in your town, the option becomes avalable, but I don't think using an ipad app will work. Sorry!
