This is not the 136 year ban, it's just something literally different and I didn't get any type of warning and this happened about 2-4 weeks ago and I think I am gonna sit this one out, unfortunately.
So everything was going smoothly when I picked up my game and played for glory/For fun and after attempting to find a match, I had no luck. I just shrugged and played the game more.
And then I just ask myself if something went wrong because It's like I was fighting the same opponent's all day.
After that day, this situation haven't even fixed itself.
I think I am banned. Some instances I get banned for a few minutes for fighting one player but I usually get ganged up in taunt parties and I try to defend myself.
Other times, I am disconnected for idling because my mom keeps calling my every minute... -.-
And excessive self destructs happened one time. I follow the rules and I barely get reported.
So am I banned or something?

What does the message say when you try to play For Fun or For Glory with randoms?

And I concur, taunt parties kill the game for me sometimes. It's so annoying to be denied the pleasure of fighting while the other three go after you for trying to play the game. Once the match is over, I just leave the game to prevent a ban.

There isn't one, but I read on gamefaqs.com that they have a banned server for people who are toxic players and just pit then against other "toxic players" which others deny on the spot.
I mean, if that's the case, then why do they have timed bans. It's pretty inane for Nintendo to control the server match ups.

I was unaware such an algorithm existed within the coding of Sm4sh's server match-ups, because the servers are peer-to-peer dependent (lobbies are created with a user rather than a lobby already existing, therefore allowing an unlimited amount of players to play, in theory). As a result, I am not sure I can properly respond to your query with accurate information, as, now that I think about it, none of the events you described occur to me often. This does pose some valuable questions, however.

According to this article, you are in some sort of Sm4sh server purgatory:
https://www.reddit.com/r/smashbros/comments/3cc311/for_glory_hell_matchmaking_server_specific_to/

The responses seem to recommend a website called Anther's Ladder which pair you up with random friendly players rather than players that are random altogether from For Fun/For Glory, should you choose to neglect the "toxic players" you are paired up with.

I am just worried if this will fix itself or not and are these caused by excessive reports? I never gotten reported before.
What other things cause these purgatories?

According to online reports, this does eventually fix itself, but the time needed to determine that is beyond my knowledge; I simply do not know. And yes, this is caused by getting multiple bans, not necessarily any reports. As far as I know, bans are so far the only way to enter this purgatory, but getting reported probably causes it too, though I can't completely confirm that. My recommendation of trying Anther's Ladder still stands if you refuse to play with other toxic players.

OMFG really?! I never knew that! I quit if I get pitted against the same people.
I stand corrected. I never knew anything you are saying.
And yes I get some bans.
Oh god I pray that I get freed from smash Hell tomorrow or something Dx
So, what should I do in this situation?

You should probably go and and wait a few weeks. This usually helps all my banning problems. This is pretty much the only way to fix a problem like that. Just rude it out and it will be over soon.

You will be able to play for glory/for fun again, don't worry! Let's just look forward to tomorrow and find out just how long you've been banned for. Besides, a watched pot never boils, so just don't look at it for a while, and the time will seem to go by faster. It may seem hard now, but look at all the possibilities of the future! More battles, and more fun!
Thank you so much!
Are you sure it will go away and when should It be the next time I should look at it again.

Maybe one week or two, maybe three.
Have you experienced this purgatory before?
I will be playing offline for a while if it's ok.

I checked today and I'm still in here so after 4 days I will check back in.

So if I leave a room with 1/3 people who are toxic, I still get stuck in smash purgatory?
Because I checked today and after finding out that I was not lifted, I loved the room with only one person.
I was going to wait it out for a few days or a week then check in.

You will continue to be stuck if you leave during a game. Otherwise, leaving from the room lobby won't ban you. Avoid bans at all costs to prevent an elongation of your time in purgatory. I would just wait for now as well.

just call Nintendo to be on the safe side. And make a alt account to see if the same way goes with the account your using that has the banned servers. Or it might just be a little glitch of some sort. Try restarting or something. Your best bet would to call Nintendo

Ok, perhaps so.
But making an alternative account is impossible because there is obviously no option for it.
I will call Nintendo to be sure.

Just to ask, do I still have to play the game while in this state or it is safe to just play another game except smash 4.
Just curious.

Just play it
Why play it offline or online is it the only way to escape the purgatory?

As far as I know, this purgatory sticks solely to Sm4sh, as any other Wii U online games' servers stay independent of each other. It is most likely an issue with Sm4sh servers rather than Miiverse as a whole.

Moreover, should you decide to call Nintendo services, would you please report your findings back into this thread? It will benefit future users, I'm sure of it.

Ugh, should I call Nintendo? I read a thread and one person said that Nintendo services cannot do anything for that instance.
