Your waifu sucks!
Towns Folk
I've been playing a lot of RU and i use Qwilfish to setup Spikes and Toxic Spikes with this set:

Qwilfish @ Black Sludge
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 228 HP / 152 Def / 88 SpA / 40 Spe
Bold Nature
- Toxic Spikes
- Spikes
- Scald
- Taunt

Over time, i noticed that Omastar (praise Helix...) usually carries Stealth Rock and Spikes and can easily setup hazards on my team. Qwilfish either setups his hazards, giving Omastar free setup too; switches to a pokemon with coverage while giving Omastar another turn to setup due to Focus Sash; or tries to taunt, stoping the setup. The last one has the problem of Omastar being faster which allows it to either put the rocks or, even worst, setup the Shell Smash. I made the calcs and 96 evs in speed on Qwilfish allow it to outspeed Omastar and use Taunt, stopping all this nonesense of setup. The question: i use 88 special attack just for scald. Do i turn them into speed evs to outspeed Omastar?

Cheers!

Since Qwilfish has an awful Sp.A stat, EV investment in Sp.A really doesn't matter anyways since you're just using Scald to fish for burns, put your Sp.A EVs into Spe.

Fish for burns...

Putting puns aside, I like to run a stockpile set with toxic ,waterfall and poison jab for stab, and an offensive Nature. It works moderately, it's a nice switch in on physical attacks because of intimidate. If they're worried that the -1 will cripple them and they switch, you get a free stockpile (or swords Dance), or toxic if you make a good prediction.

Qwilfish gets Stockpile?! I need to try that one. What EV spread do you use?

In fact, that Sp.A is mediocre. I also use some investment in Sp.A because Dugtrios are pretty common and they are really frail.

Cheers!

0- SpA Qwilfish Scald vs. 0 HP / 0- SpD Dugtrio: 174-206 (86.5 - 102.4%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO

This is the damage an uninvested Scald does to a Dugtrio with a -Sp.A nature

0 SpA Qwilfish Scald vs. 0 HP / 0- SpD Dugtrio: 194-230 (96.5 - 114.4%) -- 75% chance to OHKO

This is the damage a neutral nature Scald does to a Dugtrio

I don't see the reason to use 88 Sp.A EVs, 20 Sp.A EVs is enough to secure the OHKO with a Bold nature.

When I used it, I ran 252 HP and attack with an adamant nature. I was playing this set in UU however, and I managed to pick up a 2x SE OHKO that actually surprised me a lot.
