Which of these two not often compared The Legend of Zelda games do you prefer?
Majora's mask, the sequel to the most critically acclaimed zelda games, which made use of the n64 expansion pak but reused many of the character models from its prequel, while making a whole new game with a dark/depressing story, new mechanics such as the masks and the base breaker time limit (though you could reset time); as many said it hurt the exploration while many also say that it helps the games' theme and is immersive; and had few dungeons, but many fun sidequests; or
Skyward sword, which was anticipated to mark a before and then in the zelda franchise's history, being the first game in the timeline, but was divisive because of its motion controls (which I find preety good, responsive and somewhat immersive), it being more linear than most other zelda games, and fi, which many say is more annoying than navi. However, many also say that the game had one of the best stories in the series, good characterization and one of the saddest endings in the series.

i have played all the zelda games except ss and tp.but mm is the best zelda game ever if you think about it to much, and in my opinion mm puts oot to shame in everything (i still love the heck out of oot) i never played ss but i heard the soundtrack and its really good(better than mm maybe) i have seen the first 10 minutes of gameplay and ss looks so pretty and the motion controls are awsome(i also played nintendo land zelda) but overall my vote goes and always will be mm.

Well, I really liked both of them equally well, so I can't really pick one between them, but if I really had to, I would have to go with MM. The atmosphere and story are far superior to SS, and the side quests absolutely blow SS out of the water, even if the graphics are much better on SS.
